      • What is DTdistro.com? We are a distribution company specializing in shipping vape products all over the world. We have shipment centers in the US, UK, and China. We will ship to you from either one of those centers depending on your location. We have a minimum wholesale order of $500.00 on our website.


      • Where do we ship? DTdistro.com is proud to ship to all 50 states in the U.S., APO/FPO addresses, Australia, Aland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom.

      DTdistro.com doesn’t provide return labels for any international orders.


      • What are your delivery charges? There are no delivery charges if you are located in the U.S (includes APO/FPO addresses), this is an Online offer only! If you are outsides U.S, Delivery Charges are dependent on the country that we are shipping to. Delivery charges will be added to the invoice once the order is confirmed and finalized. We will also either ship from our US Warehouse or our Shenzhen Warehouse.


      • What payments do we accept? For US customers, we accept COD, Bank Deposit, and Wire transfer/Zelle. For International Customers, Wire Transfer is the only payment type. Sorry we are not accepting credit cards at the moment.


      • How long does it take for deliver? We use UPS ground (4-5 business days) as the standard shipping to the U.S. Other options include Golden State Overnight(GSO, only to California, Arizona and Nevada). USPS 2-day priority is also available on request with a flat rate of $18.75/box. For all international orders we will be using DHL Standard Shipping. Other options include USPS international on request.


      • What exactly happens after after placing the order? For all orders, we respond within 1-2 business days. You will get a call from our very friendly sales staff with details regarding your order, and you can choose your preferred method of payment once the order is finalized.


      • Will i receive an invoice for the order? You will receive an email with final quick books invoice before payment is made with all the details of your order. Please remember! Always wait before you deposit or wire transfer money, as the online order form and the total can change.


      • Where will I find bank details for payment? The email that we send to you, contains all the information needed for Direct bank deposit or Wire transfer. Please read carefully.


      • In-case no response? Who should i directly contact regarding orders within or outside U.S? Please add WhatsApp on your favorite device and add this U.S phone number: +1(213) 298-4773, and text us your order number. We will communicate with you and establish other better communication method you prefer.
      • Should we always insure or packages? Is there an additional cost? Who is responsible for the lost package? We recommend you insuring your packages to the declared value or total of the invoice. Yes there is an additional cost for insuring the packages, please ask your sales associate. In an event you have insured your packages and they get lost, the shipping carrier is responsible for the lost packages based on declared value for the shipment. In an event if you deny insurance, 100$/box lost will be paid by the carrier and Dtdistro.com will be not responsible for any further compensation.
